    Picking up here is a huge pain because they prioritize calls over in person customers so you sometimes end up standing in line waiting to pick up your pizza while they take back to back phone calls. When there's a line it can be very frustrating.

    For starters, placed a delivery order on the app. Called the store directly to get an update on delivery time because the app wasn’t updating the delivery order time. During the call, the person answering the phone said “we’re slammed and your delivery will be awhile”. I said, okay no problem, cancel the delivery, we’ll come get it and just refund the delivery charge. They said “I don’t know how to do that”…. I get to the store and a DoorDash driver is there to pickup my order at the same time I am. The door dash driver is furious that I’m taking the order from him. He proceeds to get mad at the kids working behind the counter, and I exit the store with my pizza in hand. Door dash calls me on my way home and tells me I needed to cancel the order through door dash, I proceed to tell them that I never placed an order on door dash, I ordered on papa John’s app…. She then hangs up on me. Get my pizza home and it’s wrong, not what I ordered. And my reciept doesn’t reflect a refund for the delivery charge.

    Pizza and wings were not hot, and unfortunately both my husband and I have had stomach issues since eating here yesterday evening. Really disappointed with this experience.

    Second time in a row where the correct toppings are ordered and on the sticker on the side of the box and it is made however they choose. Great delivery driver.
