  I’ve never seen a Panera Bread this run down. Has a single person from corporate come to this location for a visit and review? The word I would use to describe this location would be “Disgusting”. It needs to be completely renovated! The staff was kind and helpful - especially the guy with long blonde hair and black glasses. But wow! It was like eating inside at the dankest remote backwoods gas station- just image that for a Panera Bread! p.s. the sign for the WiFi is a direct reflection on just how past due this location is for a massive refresh

  This location is incredibly run down, has poor service and lacks ingredients. Went in for a salad, soup and sandwich. The were out of lettuce, so they had to substitute for romaine. (NBD) Then they said they were out of avocado. Then they said they were out of tomatoes. So everything I tried to order needed an alternative, or just left out. I ended up changing my order to a Chicken Soup, different salad and a different sandwich. Then the COLD chicken soup didn't have any chicken in it? I got about 4 noodles and a carrot. They were also out of teas... the place just felt completely out of food. They were out of silverware, the dishes were all piling up at the trash cans, but we were the only ones there! We were there at like 3:30, well past the lunch rush and before the dinner rush. Meanwhile employees were standing there eating behind the counter, just chatting and playing on their phones etc. The bathrooms were filthy, the dining area had overflowing dishes and garbage etc. This was by far the worst Panera I've been too. I wish I would have taken photos!

  Red onions and blue cheese left off of the Apple Fuji salad. Tomato slices substituted for the cherry tomatoes, which made the salad soggy and no red onions on the salad. Spoke to your manager, who was unacceptably, rude and condescending. I see why there’s no one ever at this establishment. She told me that tomatoes are tomatoes, and she never apologized during the entire conversation.. it may be a good time to go ahead and shut down this restaurant, as it’s not a good representation of Panera Bread. Looking at your Google reviews, I’m not the only customer you have lost in recent months.

  I ordered three broccoli and cheddar bread bowls. EVERYTHING was hot and yummy. I also ordered three "special" drinks all was DELICIOUS 😋

  I ordered the Green Goddess Avocado this morning. This is how it came out. Not only was it missing items I had added and I wasn’t told anything about them missing items until I asked for remake, it looks like they played a game of hacky sack with the damn thing. I order this item ALL the time and have never gotten one where half the ingredients were hanging halfway off the bread. When I asked for it to be remade, I was told that it would more than likely STILL look like that. BET!!! ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! THESE PEOPLE HERE DON’T CARE ANYTHING ABOUT SERVICE!!! There are other locations nearby. Go to one of those.
