  Service at night wasn't great. Pick up orders are held behind the counter, which is ok but I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me to get my order. Took several minutes with associates walking by me more than once while standing at the pick up counter before the manager asked me if I needed help.

  We were there last night and it was not very busy. Both of our 'you pick 2 meals' were good, soup/salad & soup /sandwich. Kudos to Alex, who took our order and exhibited good service skills...it is very important and makes a difference in the overall customer experience. Thanks!

  Holy smokes why is a handful of Mac and cheese and a stale piece of bread over $7 not even including a drink? That’s crazy dude. It was good Mac though and the service was fast.

  For the owner of this Panera - I wanted to reach out because this location is constantly out of items, and it’s really frustrating. It feels like every time I order, the things I want are unavailable. For a chain restaurant, I would expect the store to keep enough stock on hand, especially during normal daytime hours. This was ordered in the middle of the day, not anywhere near closing time. It’s disappointing, and I hope the store can improve its ordering and inventory so guests can rely on the menu being available.

  Ordered a hot tea. Sat around waiting for 30 minutes, never heard my name called. Then was told to make it myself with hot water in the front. There was no hot water, just coffee. Never got my tea, wasted 5 dollars. Don't come here if youre just getting a drink.
