- SDSaba Doost5 days ago2.0Food quality has gone way downhill since my last time eating here. Used to be my favorite go to place for burgers and fries. Haven't been in quite some due to rising prices but went there tonight after craving it and the food quality was very disappointing. Half the burger patty was missing. The quality of the meat was poor. The buns were cold and stale. The temp of the fries and burger were not hot (it picked it up exactly at time it was said ti be ready). The fries had way too much salt. The burger was smushy and falls apart in your hands. I don't know if private equity is the usual culprit and cause but it was not at all like what it used to be which is a shame because I really did used to like it.

When I get home the employees gave me a meatless burger. Just lettuce and a bun. For 16 hours, all I got was a small portion of fries. This location needs to shut down

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
