  Very very very very slow! I was in there with 3 other people, I waited 20 mins before I even placed an order. Then another 15 mins after that.

  Placed an online order at 12pm. It took them till 12:40pm to tell me that they were out of the bagels I had selected, and only told after asking about my order a few times. This location is always slow, but I had never had to wait almost an hour for an ONLINE ORDER.

  Make sure to grab plenty of napkins! The bagel was loaded down and slightly difficult to maneuver, but the flavor was awesome and each component worked together to create a masterpiece.

  Nothing wrong but was expecting more than just some bagel with some cream cheese. I even asked to "add a lot of cream cheese if thats an option". I guess not. I asked for "warm" and it was toasted but not really warm. Literally could get the same bagel in the aisles of Publix Whats the point of this store existing? Managers bringing in treats for their team?? If so, then they will feel only slightly appreciated.. what happened to decadent fluffy creamy delux bagel experience??

  The Einstein woes continue. Walked into this location at 12:35pm on a Thursday only to be told they were closed when sign says close at 2pm. The staff looked miserable. There were only like 2 tables and they were pushed up against walls, the restaurant had no life. Walked next door to Tin Drum which had plenty of seating, music playing, lots of customers and 10x experience.
