It took them 30 minutes after the promised delivery time before they realized that they had lost my order. It then took another 10 minutes to make it. From the time of order it was 50 minutes until I had my food. More than three times the promised time of 15 minutes. They refused to compensate me for the wait and when I suggested a gift card or something they refused. I will NEVER be visiting this location again. Terrible service, mediocre food.

Dustin was kind and patient to explain the menu items to us since it was our first time. He even checked on us to warm up our coffee. Wish more businesses had happy employees like this. We'll definitely be back!!

Proceeded to fill my order wrong. So Frustrated. Yhe manager eventually came over apologized for the lack of food items and wait time. He offered to substitute the order for something else and refunded me for part of the order. Very pleasant manager.
