I immediately could tell they weren't fresh and were from at least the day before (honestly, maybe longer, given how dry and stale they were). We did return them for a refund, but we won't be using this Dunkin' anymore. It just seems it's gone downhill.

I get frozen or raw food way too much, I have had to stop going because even if I ask them politely to not rush and I can patiently waiting for the food to cook, and even when I go inside and not through the drive through I get bagel bites with raw dough and frozen sandwiches. Just can't keep wasting money.
