    They dont SPEAK when you enter the building, LEARN HOW TO HAVE AT LEAST A LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE!!! Speaking makes people feel respected and acknowledged of thier presence.... LEARN THAT!!

    I’m not sure what’s going on with this Dunkin. For the past few months service has been so slow. Today I sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes with only 2 cars infront of me who were already done ordering when I got there. I not only sat in the drive through for 30 minutes but at the speaker for over 10 before anyone said anything. At first I thought maybe they were understaffed but there was 3-4 worker in there? What’s going on?

    i came to this location on 11/29 around 12:40 in drive thru and waited 10+ mins for my whole order to be made completely wrong. i don't know what's going on with the three ladies on that shift but they have horrible communication skills which lead me to have to come inside to ensure my food was made the way i ordered it. even when i came inside there was NO communication to the person on sandwhiches to ensure my order was made properly. and i don't know who the manager on duty was but i sure hope it wasn't the girl making drinks slamming them around like she had a attitude or problem or something.
