I guess instead of throwing them away they put them back in the case. Instead of offering the 3 doughnuts for inconvenience. oh and he pretended to be the owner Khan. when I asked to speak with one of them. never going to this location again. Khan you should hire honest people.

Ok, so I ordered a cream cheese bagel and was then told they couldn't make any food either because they already shut down everything for closing an hour and a half before closing! I asked was this normal practice for them to close down an hour and a half before closing and she told me " We have a lot to do." As I drove away from the window, another coworker walked by and they started laughing. We come to this Dunkin every morning but I will likely change locations due to this unprofessional behavior.

Employees and management have always been very professional and service oriented. The manager and employees always take time, when they can, to engage with customers. I feel that they genuinely care about feedback and always seek to improve where they can. Top rate in my opinion.
