I had over 1,000 reward points and I ordered the bacon Jam breakfast sandwich instead of giving me my sandwich they wanted me to pay full price for it so I told them to never mind and cancel my order because I was going somewhere else. They have yet to return my 900 points they scanned for the breakfast sandwich.

Taking the money is easy but they don’t want to give it back easily. And they don’t answer their phone

I guess instead of throwing them away they put them back in the case. Instead of offering the 3 doughnuts for inconvenience. oh and he pretended to be the owner Khan. when I asked to speak with one of them. never going to this location again. Khan you should hire honest people.

Ok, so I ordered a cream cheese bagel and was then told they couldn't make any food either because they already shut down everything for closing an hour and a half before closing! I asked was this normal practice for them to close down an hour and a half before closing and she told me " We have a lot to do." As I drove away from the window, another coworker walked by and they started laughing. We come to this Dunkin every morning but I will likely change locations due to this unprofessional behavior.
