Ok, so I ordered a cream cheese bagel and was then told they couldn't make any food either because they already shut down everything for closing an hour and a half before closing! I asked was this normal practice for them to close down an hour and a half before closing and she told me " We have a lot to do." As I drove away from the window, another coworker walked by and they started laughing. We come to this Dunkin every morning but I will likely change locations due to this unprofessional behavior.

Employees and management have always been very professional and service oriented. The manager and employees always take time, when they can, to engage with customers. I feel that they genuinely care about feedback and always seek to improve where they can. Top rate in my opinion.

- JTJessica TaylorJul 24, 20251.0***MASSIVE POTHOLE DIRECTLY IN DRIVE-THRU LANE***, right in front of the ordering/speaker area no less. I strongly prefer drive-thru, and I was NOT risking the health of my SUV's engine driving in and out of that hole. It's at least 18 inches wide and AT MINIMUM 6 inches deep. There are so many other Dunkin' locations around to go to- why use this one? Shape it up!
