I bought some donuts, like last time, for a church event, and everyone left their donuts on their plates because they were hard and dry. It was very unpleasant and embarrassing. The first time I didn't complain to the store, but today I called and spoke with the manager, and she told me very nonchalantly that they already had many calls complaining about hard donuts and incorrect orders. She also mentions that the donuts aren't baked at this establishment and that it's not her responsibility, but that I should bring the donuts and when she gets the money, she'll give it to me. She knows about the problem in the store and still sells to us. For her, being a manager, she was just a know-it-all and had no knowledge whatsoever of how to solve customer service problems. The last thing I want to mention is that I told her I was going to complain to the corporation, and she replied that it was her store and she could do whatever she wanted with it.
