Surprise was ruined and she had to go inside to ask for it. All they did was give her an empty box on the side. Store wasn’t busy either. Most donut options were out of stock and only got one flavor of mini munchkins when online it says they do have them.

On 01/19/26 there were 4 ladies on shift and one did say good morning but after that I waited a good min , then I realized there FOUR of them and drive thru wasn’t busy maybe 3 cars, I left and as I was leaving another car pulled up and I heard the lady take another order . So horrible service I was the only one customer in the building
