- JJJillJan 2, 20261.0Walked in at 9:15 pm, had 12 people. All the workers were sitting and eating. Didn’t greet us or anything. One of the girls got up from eating and started laughing that we all showed up. She went to the back and the rest of the staff continued to sit and eat. We stood at the counter waiting and upon looking the line was disgusting. There was food everywhere and the meat and queso looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The lady that was laughing at us, came out from the back with a guy and she asked “where did y'all come from”? It seemed rude and condescending, especially since there was no greeting. Then they tell us there is no black beans and lettuce, which that is totally fine- but what made us officially leave was the fact the guy then tells us they didn’t get their truck in today and what food they have on the line is what they have and they can’t feed all of us. But yet 4 of your employees are sitting there eating… They acted like they didn’t want to serve us, were very rude, and should’ve and could’ve handled that way better. It was like they had every excuse as to not serve us. Rubbed us all the wrong way. Please clean your facility and educate your employees on how to engage with your customers.

I have been to other chipotles that either had nothing out or just flat out refused to serve me even thirty minutes before closing. This chipotle though was different they had intentionally left everything out just incase and it paid off I was super impressed!
