  I have been to the establishment several times and the staff was just young people trying to make a living. I usually read the reviews certain places before I go, I said what the hell. It's amazing how people can be so rude when they encounter service people and then get offended when the same energy is given back to them. Even when you're spending your money, you should still be courteous to the people servicing you. Some people need to check there attitude at the door. Kudos to the cashier and cook that service me today.

  I called store to have my food ready at 5pm and I got there and it has been sitting since 3pm. Talked with the owner and he would not remake our food. Left the store without my food after paying in advance. Horrible customer service.

  Customer service is terrible. Rude staff, my order was cold and the owner refused to remake it. I’ll never go to this place again.

  I had to return my order twice because the cook has a horrible attitude as well as the manager. I had to demand a refund as she tried to blame everyone but her staff for the constant mistakes while showing the receipt that displayed the correct order which was ignored then lied to me and stated she would compensate for my meal by issuing a refund and giving me the correct order which she said was already made but the bad attitude cook was just making it after I waited 30 mins for it to be completed after being told it would be 5 mins. Staff and management are horrible

  This is not the move. I received my food and was thinking they were still about to load it. My sandwich had maybe two tablespoons worth of protein. This felt like a Jimmy John’s sandwich in all the worst ways. Spare yourself and your wallet.
