Interactions with customers are required and over the past few months, the staff have been rude & disrespectful. They are annoyed with questions being asked about a menu that they've changed and focus more on pushing people down the line. I will be taking a break from this location. Hopefully, they can get back on track.

It wasn't a great start, but I’m willing to give Cava another try at a different location. Employees should be better trained and more respectful toward customers who aren't familiar with the menu.

I asked the woman for recommendations she just pointed at the different ingredients and said to pick one. The food was decent, but the service was worse than a Jamaican restaurant. It’s hard to justify $15 for a bowl when the staff is uppity and unfriendly.
