Tried to call the resturaunt 4 times and they wouldn't answer the phone. We couldn't afford the time to turn around and go back to the resturaunt. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I want my money back! Very disappointed!

After driving away with my food I realized cheese was left off. No biggie, I never get upset over things like that and I was still close by so I decided to pull back through. When I got to the window I said " hey when you guys took my order earlier it was repeated back wrong so I confirmed..." but I didn't get to finish my sentence because the cashier at the window immediately interrupted me and said "First of all don't say 'you guys' because I haven't taken any orders today" ..so, I took a breath and started to say that it's okay and let her know what was wrong but she did not give me a chance before saying "Just hand me the bag so I can fix it". At that point I gave up trying to speak one complete sentence and drove away with my bag still in my hand. Listen y'all I'm not a big complainer and I'm a laid-back person, but this girl doesn't belong in customer service if she talks to everyone the way she talked to me this morning. I won't be going back. obviously.

- BBBBNov 11, 20255.0I stopped by the drive through on a Sunday around noon and when I say this place was packed, man. But I want to give a shout out to the young man running the drive thru that day. His name was Daris; I asked him because I was so impressed. All though there were cars being pulled up and to the side from people waiting on their fresh hot delish Bojangles chicken and biscuits, Mr Daris never showed panic, stress and did it with a smile. Each order he handed out or took to a car while I was there, he handed with a smile and positive attitude
