  I visited this location and ordered two Beef and Cheddar Classics. I was asked to pull forward and wait for my order. A young employee came out and informed me that you were out of cheddar cheese, but could substitute sliced cheese. I explained that I preferred a refund. Suddenly, cheddar cheese “appeared,” and the bag was placed on the counter in a very unprofessional manner. When I checked my food, it was obvious that whatever cheddar was left had been scraped together and thrown onto the sandwiches. I told the manager, Skylarr, that I didn’t want the order prepared that way. She became irritated and acted as though she didn’t know how to process a refund. This entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating. Please ensure your employees receive proper training in customer service, communication, and food preparation. No customer should be treated this way.

  Two people working, womens bathroom was put of order, the men's bathroom srunk and the stall was locked. The person working on getting on our food was on her phone....

  We eat here all the time. Service is friendly and fast. They have some trouble keeping the ketchup container full but are always quick to give us packets if it is empty. Biggest complaint is the sticky floor. It's like they don't rinse the floor thoroughly enough and it has really built up over the years.

  Order was good. Food was good. Used a coupon for $6 meal, but rung up at $7 even though the item itself said $6 in the "item" area of the receipt. Was odd.

  Stopped in tonight and ordered ahead. Waited over twenty minutes past the time given. The whole staff acted lost and not knowing what they were doing. No gloves forgot our fries and touching my food is ridiculous.
