  Avoid it if you can. Specially of you're going inside. They ignore you and give attitude once you're inside. Happens every time. They should just close the doors and make it strictly a drive thus.

  This is the only dunkin that is consistent in my coffee not tasting right. I know what my order is supposed to taste like & this one is always off. I’ve been to this one and the other dozens of times & I avoid this one if I can. My latte tasted like milk with watered down espresso this morning & I was over it lol. Idk if they didn’t fill the portafilter all the way or put a smaller shot than the cup size calls for. I’d say this location has less than a 40% success rate while others like chastain & other Cobb pkwy ones have near 100% success rate & never misses. Idk if it’s because this one has careless kids working there or what. I can’t be the only one who notices consistent off tasting mistakes.

  the staff are EXTREMELY kind, this is my favorite dunkin to visit, they never EVER incorrectly make my beverages

  This is my Very first time coming to this location and never have I ever experienced bad service as I did today. I ordered a Medium Sized Matcha and I asked for light ice. The lady in the drive thru refused to fill my cup up. And deliberately told me she will not do so because of store policy. I have never heard of this before. And she kept repeating herself as to why I can’t get my moneys worth instead of apologizing and giving a better response. Also I ordered food and it’s was cold. I didn’t want to let them know that because of her response in regards to my Matcha so I just left, that really put a very bad taste in my mouth about Dunkin and about this location. And I’ll assume they will not anything about it.

  I just came in and stood there for 10 minutes. I was the only person there and there were no cars in the drive thru. The women behind the counter never acknowledged me much less helped me. Instead, they obnoxiously spoke in the back and paid me no attention. I will be taking my business to Starbucks.
