- RCRichard CunninghamMar 25, 20261.0Always out of most doughnuts. The ones they do have are stale about 50% of the time. The workers are friendly, service is good. The corporation has lost its way I think. Drop all the flavored non coffee drinks and all the crazy sandwiches. Get back to the basics. Hot fresh doughnuts and good coffee. I mean it is a doughnut shop.

I had over 1,000 reward points and I ordered the bacon Jam breakfast sandwich instead of giving me my sandwich they wanted me to pay full price for it so I told them to never mind and cancel my order because I was going somewhere else. They have yet to return my 900 points they scanned for the breakfast sandwich.

Taking the money is easy but they don’t want to give it back easily. And they don’t answer their phone

I guess instead of throwing them away they put them back in the case. Instead of offering the 3 doughnuts for inconvenience. oh and he pretended to be the owner Khan. when I asked to speak with one of them. never going to this location again. Khan you should hire honest people.
