- KJKayla Jones1 day ago1.0We walked in at 9:45. The website and maps said they don’t close till 10:30. I was putting in my order and about to get my card out to pay, when the cashier told me that kitchen is closed. First of all, you shouldn’t be closing till 10:30, and second of all, who says that while a customer is in the middle of ordering. They were extremely rude about it as well. Never coming back.

Spent almost $70 on 3 meals with ice-cream. I got a chocolate peanutbuster parfait. The chocolate icecream had an odd tang to it. Like it had fizz added to it. A tingle in the tip of the tongue. I called the store and spoke to the shift manager. She said there was nothing wrong with whats in the machine. Didn't say I'm sorry for your experience. Let me give you a credit. .. or replacement or refund. Nothing. The peanuts were like chewing on rocks. The pineapple lemonade was awful. Undrinkable. Something was definitely wrong with the drinks. Just VERY disappointed as a life long customer. Poor customer service.

- DDDestiny DawkinsFeb 21, 20261.0It’s been 3 separate times I’ve came here and everyone was just sitting on their phones … last time i came one of the Indians girls made my food with no gloves on and it had to remade … this time i just came for ice cream with my nieces and nobody greeted us at all and acted like we interrupted them just sitting on their phones not doing anything . I will make that drive to the acworth location going forward .
