I waited for 40 minutes even after placing an online order. Then I was yelled at by the employees by asking why my order was still not prepared. Will not be eating here again. I understand this is on a college campus but that doesn’t mean I should be treated poorly. This reflects poorly on Chick fil a. 😠👎🏿

I noticed situations of employees communicating poorly to each other resulting in many mistakes made in orders and slow processing. Instead of doing their jobs the employees offered to cancel orders and yelled at and threatened customers. One employee was stupid enough to think someone didn’t come for their order then continued to steal their food and then when the customer who was waiting for 30 mins asked again for their food they said someone stole it. An employee tried to fight a customer for telling them to do a better job and half of the people there were just incompetent. This chick fil a is sad!
