  Went here with my little sister the other night and ordered their steak pasta. The pasta sauce was so goopy and thick so it was inedible and the portion of steak was very meager. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

  We went on a Tuesday night so it wasn’t busy and we had the strangest dinner experience. Our server was fine and he did a good job. The food was okay. My pasta dish was lukewarm. Bread and soup were delicious. However another customer at the table next to us was very rude and disruptive to all the tables around her. The server and hostesses were aware and nobody addressed it. My husband and I couldn’t even have a conversation. So I asked for the manager to address it and he wasn’t sure what their policy was. He was nice about it but this woman was disruptive the entire time we were there. We ate as quick as possible, skipped dessert and got out of there. We rarely go out alone so this was very disappointing. Carrabas needs a policy about loud, disruptive, rude cell phone usage used on speaker for the whole restaurant to hear. We got to dine next to a zoom type group meeting full of F words and other delightful language. Absolutely off putting.

  Okay so when I say never have I ever! I normally don't complain, this time I couldn't eat the food not do to them but I ordered Uber Eats and so I'm not used to using it. However, man did I tell you that I was taken care of and to the MAX!! I've missed coming here and just wanted some pasta for my Bday and they even gave me cake that asked for on a seperate ticket!!! Good Job!!! Thanks for bring back customer service!!!!!!!

  I picked up an order that my husband placed this evening through the car side pickup option. This was my first time picking up from this location and I had the best experience with the staff! This young lady who brought out my order was just the sweetest ever. I believe she said her name was Taylor, she was so attentive, made sure I didn’t need anything else, and was just the perfect example of what customer service should look like!

  Our evening at Carrabba’s started a little rough after our initial server unfortunately dropped the ball, and for a moment we thought the night might be headed in the wrong direction. However, the manager and Jacob from the bar stepped in and completely turned things around. They were attentive, professional, and made sure everything got back on track. Their effort and attitude really made a difference. Once things were sorted out, the food was absolutely delicious, and the rest of the team did a great job taking care of us. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what matters is how a restaurant responds—and this team came through. Special thanks to Jacob and the manager for stepping up and saving the evening. We really appreciate the effort.
