  1st time here. In fact I mentioned that. No oh welcome or anything. Then I asked about a sandwich she mentioned no substitute with their sandwiches. No issue there. But then she steps away from me, I guess to help out drive thru customers although there.werr two or three already doing that. And after 20 seconds I'd had enough! I left! Please teach your staff to be nicer to first timers.

  I got the chicken chorizo burrito. $6.50 for a frozen burrito. Mine was still cold on the inside.

  Love the drinks from this place but the service is a hit or miss. I’ve gotten some great service but recently my husband went to caribou 20 mins ago and asked for an original energy drink (since I can’t drink lemonade). Well he got home and gave me the drink and I instantly knew it was lemonade. I told him to please go back and get an original. Well, he went back and the lady who served him said “no, you said lemonade” in a rude tone. And that “I’m not supposed to remake drinks but I’ll do it this once”. I know my husband said original because1) I texted him the order and 2) I never get lemonade in any drink. Just the fact that the lady serving him basically saying he’s a liar when he drove 8 minutes to go back to Caribou and another 8 to get back home when she messed up the order.. Never had this happen at a place before. Will not be coming back after that.

  A bit more modern set up with seating outside and none on the inside. But it was very clean and the staff was friendly and great to work with.
