  I was really disappointed with my experience at Caribou Coffee. I ordered a vanilla matcha with added caramel, expecting a balanced, slightly earthy matcha flavor with a hint of sweetness. Instead, what I received tasted like plain vanilla milk—there was no real matcha flavor at all. For the price, I expected much better quality and accuracy. It honestly felt like a waste of money.   Love this location! I like sitting inside while working but usually I got through the drive through which is always super fast and my coffee is always good. Their beans don’t taste burnt like a lot of chain coffee places do. Service is always great their baristas are very nice!

  Came and got a smoothie and energy drink which were good, but the fiesta bowl was a massive disappointment. The photo of the bowl on the menu was certainly a bit deceiving seeing as the “bowl” is about as big as a complimentary salsa bowl you get from a Mexican restaurant, only to find that when I opened it, the damn thing was only half full and filled with mystery juice at the bottom. Eat breakfast at home.

  I have nothing but great things to say about this Caribou location. It’s such a welcoming and comfortable spot—perfect for studying, working, or just relaxing with a good drink. I find myself coming here at least once a week because the atmosphere is consistently calm, cozy, and inviting. The coffee prices are pretty comparable to Starbucks, but the quality and experience here really stand out to me. My go-to order is the espresso shaker with either sugar-free vanilla or lavender, and it never disappoints. I did try the matcha once, and while it wasn’t my favorite since it was a bit too sweet for my taste, I appreciate the variety they offer. As for food, I absolutely love the turkey provolone on an Asiago bagel. What really sets this location apart, though, is the service. The staff are always incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They consistently greet customers with a smile and go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. Today, Steve especially stood out—he was genuinely friendly, helpful, and made my visit even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate places that combine great service with a warm, positive atmosphere. It makes such a big difference and keeps me coming back.
