Had a great meat&3 meal today at my neighborhood Arby's,and thought it was such a delightful experience. From the young man,Tabayus,who so politely took my order, and delivered my food with a smile,to the manager,Adrienne,who was so sweet and friendly. She is doing a great job and it shows in the cleanliness of the restaurant and the tasty,hot food,and the polite,professional workers behind the counter.Nice to come in and be greeted with a smile. Thank you and I will definitely be back soon
This is one of the best Arby’s locations. Clean and well maintained. A 100 heath score and food arrives quickly and is always hot. Staff is also very pleasant to interact with. 10/10

I visited this location and ordered two Beef and Cheddar Classics. I was asked to pull forward and wait for my order. A young employee came out and informed me that you were out of cheddar cheese, but could substitute sliced cheese. I explained that I preferred a refund. Suddenly, cheddar cheese “appeared,” and the bag was placed on the counter in a very unprofessional manner.
When I checked my food, it was obvious that whatever cheddar was left had been scraped together and thrown onto the sandwiches. I told the manager, Skylarr, that I didn’t want the order prepared that way. She became irritated and acted as though she didn’t know how to process a refund.
This entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating. Please ensure your employees receive proper training in customer service, communication, and food preparation. No customer should be treated this way.
