  I drove up in the drive through before 2 Am and was met by a rude woman whi said we are not taking any orders at the moment. This store closes at 4 AM so why did they tell me tgis? Then I couldn't even get out because the car in fromt of me was waiting on their food, This was a horrible experience.

  I did DoorDash delivery for this place it’s normally good but today I don’t know who making the food and not caring but the portion was unbelievable im so upset and I can’t even get a refund because I placed through the Taco Bell app and they don’t respond

  I ordered my chicken chalupas online, thats pretty much the only thing I order fro TB, i went kroger and then went to pick up my food that I expected to be ready when I get there, nope, I get there and when ask about my order they start preparing it, when out of frustration I ask why its not ready after almost an hour she told me "You gotta check in first" just to be clear i asked even if you ordered online an hour ago, her reply was "yes". THAT IS THE STUPIDEST THING I HAVE EVR HEARD OF, IT DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF ORDERING ONLINE!!! I had to wait 20 min for them them to complete the order then when I asked for extra sour cream they wanted to charge me, and made wait some more, i just left without the extra sour cream, since im already late i stopped and just bought some freakin sour cream from family dollar which was quick in and out. So much for food thats fast, this was waste your time food! lol this was in the afternoon even traffic was not a hinderance at that time, so i planned everything so i could get back from lunch on time, so much for that plan. The manager there is not efficient and doesnt respect the customers time.
