  I ordered my chicken chalupas online, thats pretty much the only thing I order fro TB, i went kroger and then went to pick up my food that I expected to be ready when I get there, nope, I get there and when ask about my order they start preparing it, when out of frustration I ask why its not ready after almost an hour she told me "You gotta check in first" just to be clear i asked even if you ordered online an hour ago, her reply was "yes". THAT IS THE STUPIDEST THING I HAVE EVR HEARD OF, IT DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF ORDERING ONLINE!!! I had to wait 20 min for them them to complete the order then when I asked for extra sour cream they wanted to charge me, and made wait some more, i just left without the extra sour cream, since im already late i stopped and just bought some freakin sour cream from family dollar which was quick in and out. So much for food thats fast, this was waste your time food! lol this was in the afternoon even traffic was not a hinderance at that time, so i planned everything so i could get back from lunch on time, so much for that plan. The manager there is not efficient and doesnt respect the customers time.

  I love the Luxe Box. Even tho Taco Bell prices slick went up, one of few fast food spots that's open late.

  Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to customer service horrible and overall the workers are horrible and rude no professionalism and they acted liked they didn’t know what they was doing I waited 40+ minutes for my food unacceptable

  The Baja mtn. Dew is good 😎😎😎is good! The new box meal is good, like a mini burrito dipper, with 8 sauces to choose from. Actually really good with chicken or steak.
