The young man spoke very rude and said I was disrespectful because I tooted my horn to get his attention ..... he was not looking toward the drive thru window. Most of their business comes through the "Drive thru" window, so his attention was lax to say the least! Disrespect is what he displayed. I'm a 72yr old black woman and don't tolerate this kind of treatment at retail establishments as a paying customer. Right now i don't feel like i ever need or want to return to that location or any Dunkin Donuts ever again to spend my money!
