Went to this location tonight…Whoever was there at 8pm most definitely did they big one!!! Customer service was awesome!!! Tried the new Meat & 3 and EVERYTHING was hot and fresh!!!! Sweet tea was teaing lol I’ll be back!!!!

Paid over $7 for this crap. Wish I would’ve followed my first mind and went to Fayetteville. Sat in line for almost 15 minutes for this. Where is the dressing? This is a rip off and corporate needs to be notified about their employees ripping customers off. This is unacceptable.

I received raw chicken with my order. When I returned to the restaurant less than 30 minutes later to address the problem, the employee I spoke with, Brandon, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of acknowledging the concern, he questioned when I purchased the food and insisted the chicken had “just come out,” despite me clearly presenting undercooked meat to him.
To make matters worse, they demanded that I return the food bag and discarded it, preventing me from taking a photo as evidence. This not only felt dismissive but also made the situation appear as though they were trying to cover it up.
Serving raw chicken is a serious health risk, and the lack of professionalism from staff only added to the frustration. I am requesting that this matter be properly investigated and addressed to ensure food safety and respectful customer service at this location.

I drove into through drive through twice after they gave me hard fries that tasted burnt, I drove through again just for the second round of fries to taste the same and the second batch was "fresh" it tasted old as of the old was bad .

The manager Jamain is awesome all around the Board
