Skinny black young girl long ponytail, I assume she’s a crew leader, I tell her I need my drink. Thought she was making the drink she makes the customers drinks that came in after me. Just passed me by like I wasn’t standing there minutes before they came in. Then she told another girl to make it and she didn’t know what the order was. They need to do better. First come first serve!!!

By the time I realized, I was already 10 minutes away and couldn’t turn around. When I called, the only solution offered was to come back or maybe get a free sandwich if I happened to return sometime in the future. That’s not a realistic solution, especially since I won’t even be in town again anytime soon. On top of that, the food took a long time, and it ended up sitting there because staff didn’t realize I was waiting. For a place that’s supposed to be known for service, this was a big miss. Overall, poor attention to detail, long wait times, and no practical resolution when they made a mistake. Really disappointing experience.

I think l was punished because l asked nicely for fries. The food overall was cold just like the services l received. I will nevet go back to Jonesboro Chick-fil-A period. Very rude staff.
