  I run the Johns Creek HS lacrosse team and What- a-Burger did a fantastic job with our post game meal. The boys loved coming off the field to a fresh burger. Cassidy and the team are awesome to partner with and we look forward to working with them again. Thank you so much!!! What a goal…What-a-Burger!!

  Take out service is very slow. I walked in to order burgers to go. First I had to wait about 5 minutes for the only server to deliver food for the dine in customers, then they do not have the salad shown in their menu. So I ordered two burger meals to go and I had to wait for 10 minutes not before I called the attention of the server about my waiting for the food be delivered to me.

  We have had Whataburger cater for us many times on customer events, alway professional and on time. Cassidy the store manager is attentive and her service is top notch, a true asset and a perfect representation of a well run business. I highly recommend hiring them and I will in the very near future. Well done Cassidy and team! On a side note,If she ever leaves, that will truly be a loss to this company.

  I've been going here regularly since the store opened. The food is fine, but I don't think I've ever gotten my order in less than 15 minutes. It's not fast food, don't bother with the drive through and try to make it look like it is. I mean if it's going to take me a half hour to get my food at least tell me ahead of time so I'm not stuck waiting for what I've already paid for. Beyond that, there's almost never anyone at the front counter. I have to wait at least 5 minutes just to get my drink cup. And if they mess up your order, get ready for another 15 plus minute Wait, assuming that's if you can actually get a hold of them

  First time eating here at Whataburger and I feel like the name isn’t appropriate for this establishment. When I hear the name I feel like there should be an exclamation point after it showing like it’s a damn good burger, but it wasn’t. I had the junior burger and the beef patty was so thin I could barely taste the meat. I tasted the bread and the toppings more. The only sauce they put on the burger is mustard and it comes with lettuce, tomato and onions. The bread was fresh so that was a plus. The whole sandwich reminded me of Sonic burgers. Same bun and burger. The fries weren’t good they were lukewarm and some tasted old. They honestly probably wouldn’t taste good even if they were hot. The service was great even though they didn’t fully pay attention to the drink order which was to have no ice and gave a drink with ice. Also they didn’t ask nor did they offer any additional condiments. The onion rings were good but the sweet tea lemonade drink was nasty no flavor whatsoever.
