  Review specifically for the buffet. For the price, the buffet wasn’t worth it. Taste was just okay and most dishes were too oily. Gobhi Manchurian was the only item everyone liked. Manchow soup was oily and watery with no taste at all. Aloo chaat, Pav Bhaji 👎🏻. Pani puri 👎🏻 because they weren’t real puris — they were fryums, though the pani was okay. Bhindi do pyaza had no taste and too much oil. Paneer korma 👎🏻. No seekh kebab — they served baby corn instead 👎🏻, and there was no dal. Non-veg was just okay (dry). I always appreciate Yellow Chilli because I love the taste, and at least they maintained it during Covid. It’s still my favorite place overall, but I was not satisfied today.

  We have dined in and ordered food to go MANY times. Our to go orders have never been less than $200. This past time, the quality was not great and the quantity was less than previous to-go orders, and the prices are more. Malai kofta- kofta were Soggy and the gravy tasteless. Tadka palak- the gravy was very liquidy and also lacked flavor. The gravy was like baby food. Kaju Methi mutter malai was perfect. Garlic naan were great Rice was plenty Usually, when a restaurant increases prices, the quality and quantity should not be reduced. I noticed there was an increase in some menu items... however, I did not expect to get poor quality and less quantity. We had finally found a decent Indian restaurant that we really liked near us, but after this experience, we will go back to Tabla.

  Overhyped. Kudos: our waiter was very patient and took the order and feedback extremely well and was a sport. Ups: The paneer tikka and paneer taka tak were ok. Good not great. Downs: We were a group of 8. We tried 6 apps, 3 entree’s, 2 soups and 1 dessert. Not one stood out to be memorable. Flavor was mediocre.

  Worst dining experience we’ve had in a long time. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes just for our table to be ready, which was already frustrating. After finally being seated, it took another 30 minutes before anyone even came to take our order. The service was extremely slow and disappointing throughout. To make matters worse, the food quality did not justify the long wait at all — it was underwhelming and poorly prepared. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating, unorganized, and far below expectations. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or quality food.
