  We ordered from this location after not trying Papa John’s in over 8+ years. It was not the same quality/same memory but they were able to take care of the issue right away. Customer service is 5+ and they made me feel like a valued customer. The online deals are hard to beat.

  Papa John’s on Medlock Bridge is truly the heart of the community. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome—especially the children. Their commitment to supporting both those inside and outside the community is unmatched. I genuinely appreciate Gregg, the general manager, for his leadership and kindness. Gregg ensures every experience is positive and makes you feel like family. This location isn’t just a pizzeria; it’s a community center where care and connection come first.

  The pizza was barely cooked. The pizza was ready quickly but I was disappointed as it was clearly under cooked - what makes this more disappointing is that I'd selected the 'well done' option.
