Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- JGJoshua Gertz1 day ago2.0We waited on the drive throuh line for 25 minutes. The order was wrong (we ordered onion rings and they gave us fries) and the food was mediocre. Don't order the gross "wings" which are actually nuggets in sauce.

Since this location just opened, I'm thinking these might just be some 'new opening' hiccups or a simple mistake by the staff. I'm willing to give it another shot and will update my review after my next visit."
- KMK Mitchell3 days ago3.0My first Whataburger experience was last week at a location on the south side, the patty melt and fries were fresh and juicy!! I was happy to see this location today so I ordered the same and unfortunately the sandwich was totally not fresh, the beef was dry, the bun was burnt , and the cheese had obviously been sitting for a while and the fries were undercooked. What a difference a location can make…At these prices these restaurants should understand that old sandwiches are UNACCEPTABLE!! I also didn’t like that the cashier came to my car which was second from the window and took my card into the store out of my line of sight and I still had to wait until the car in front of me moved. I prefer to see what’s happening with my card at all times.
- HPHarley Posey3 days ago5.0Grand opening drive through. They did a good job for a new store. Forgot a couple items but they were quick to make it right and all the food was fresh and tasted great. The workers we saw were friendly and didn’t make us feel rushed even with a longer drive through line. Hope they keep up the great work!
- P9ps 913 days ago5.0I was so surprised. The service was great and food came out fast. Employees brought the food over and asked us what drinks we had before we finished ordering to make them in advance. Also, offered normal or spicy ketchups, which was nice.
