    So I’ve been a customer at this location since it’s been open and I’ve always had a lovely experience ever since. My mother also owns 2 franchises in Florida where Tropical Smoothie originated from. Anyways, yesterday the blonde girl on morning shift just left me sitting at the window for nearly 10 minutes with no greeting. When she finally came to the window I asked her about it because I had never experienced that before she got rude and defensive instead of apologizing and taking accountability. She wanted to argue but I wasn’t going to argue back. I come here almost twice a week for smoothies but if she’s still there I’ll go go another location for better customer service where customers are appreciated.

    Gabe is really talented. He rolled out a red carpet, carried me to my table, and he fed me bite by bite. He even shined my shoes for free after I finished my meal and opened my car door for me and directed me out of the parking lot.
