  I don't remember his name, but it was something like Ay-den. He was memorable from the moment you walked up to the counter. He welcomed you with an even-toned greeting to let you know he'd be attentive. He listened to your entire order without interrupting. He confirmed parts of it to get it right. He moved at an even-tempo pace without any redundant effort. His eyes never strayed from your sandwich until the very end. He kept the line station tidy and took one ingredient at a time to process each stage as thoughtfully as possible. He felt the bread, put the requested toppings on, and made cuts with even portions. He had you confirm small nuances to ensure the completion was what you requested. He was fast without making it seem like he was in a hurry or careless. He was respectful with his tone and avoidant of losing the flow of the transaction. He passed over the sandwich so it was fresh and assembled correctly. You left with a sense that he truly put in the effort. You got attention from him that most places fail to give. He made it a seamless experience that made the food come out as you'd envisioned.

  This location was not very helpful. I'm not going to sit here and back them. I'll simply say that I won't be returning to this particular location anytime soon.
