Fun, energetic and chatty staff who make purchasing beverages a joy. I have been there at 630 am mid morning, afternoons on weekends and 930 at night. The crew are all the same. Knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Thank you for running a top notch community shop. Absolutely love it. Shout out to the Wednesday 545 pm crew our dirty sodas were awesome!

- MTMaikel ThomasFeb 4, 20261.0I visited Dutch Bros (Johns Creek, Georgia) and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered an Electric Berry® Lemonade (24 oz) and paid extra for popping boba. However, the drink I received was overwhelmingly ice, with an estimated 90% ice and very little actual beverage. This is clearly visible in the photo provided. The issue is not simply the amount of ice, but the overall value and accuracy of the product delivered, especially considering additional charges for add-ons. The drink did not match what was advertised or what was paid for. In addition, the customer service was poor. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism, no effort to address the concern, and no attempt to offer a solution or explanation. This visit took place at approximately 8:10 p.m. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location due to product quality and customer service standards.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
