After waiting for 10 minutes after we checked in, we asked the barista to check the freezer where the drinks were already sitting. When she recognized we had been waiting unnecessarily, she didn’t seem to care and brushed us off with a “have a nice day” smart elleck response. Wow! Typically the service is great but she made me reconsider if I’ll be back. I am only sharing so that mgmt may consider providing coaching to the staff so that this one persons attitude is not a reflection of the business.

I went this morning & got the candy cane mocha w/ soft top for my friend & the holiday cookie latte for myself! Absolutely love! 10000 recommend!!

Whenever I try a new coffee shop, I always order a basic coffee as the litmus test. I figure - if you can’t brew a plain cup of coffee correctly, I’m not inclined to try your other creations. I ordered a plain coffee with cream and sugar. My wife ordered a mocha. Two common drinks that any self proclaimed “coffee shop” should be able to hit out of the park. It’s their “bread and butter” so to speak. My coffee was very watery. Even with some cream and sugar. No depth of flavor. The Mocha was weird - our first words were “that doesn’t taste like a mocha”. Kind of a rosemary hint to it. Not in an interesting “ooo that’s a tasty twist” way… more of a “gross… is that rosemary” way. The workers were indeed cheerful and helpful. They apologized for the wait - but the wait was extremely long for a coffee and a mocha. The wait would have been worth it if the coffee was fresh ground, pour over, artisan bean delicious coffee. But it was watery with no flavor. And we waited a REALLY long time. … like - I could’ve done my laundry while waiting. Why don’t they have regular coffee pre-made ready to dispense into a cup? I don’t know - it’s not my business. I literally told my wife “this better be the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had or I’m not coming back” So I’m not going back. More expensive than Starbucks Far inferior to Starbucks Much much longer wait than Starbucks No interesting kitschy troupe that makes me want to support them or to pull me back It’s a basic brink and mortar that hands you an overpriced, lackluster drink from a window - and makes you wait forever to get it. And this location is right next to a Waffle House and a Starbucks who both have much better coffee.

That being said, only three stars because consistently every single time, the wait is out of control. I can't believe only one other review mentions the wait time because it is every single time we go that it's a total of 20-30 minutes. It doesn't matter if you order on the app ahead of time or sit in the drive-thru line. If you order on the app ahead of time, it says ready in 10 minutes. You get to the store for counter pick-up at promised time and wait another 15 minutes. I cannot willingly stop here on the way to work because the drive thru is always a 20-30 minute line total too. They need to find a way to make the drinks faster and more accurately. Multiple times getting to the drive thru window, our order has been wrong so they offer to re-make it. That adds to wait times. Some logistics can be worked on for sure. But great coffee and friendly employees!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
