The employees are nice, the service is speedy, and the food is always fresh and hot. I had a big order this time and Kennedi was very patient with me. I’m going to recommend this location to all my friends and family.

She was very friendly, made and held eye contact as if she was truly listening and she had an authentic and personable smile. It was as if she was very happy to be taking and serving my single order of crinkle-cut fries! Young people take note. She was accustomed to actual human interaction, and seemed herself to be a lovely human being. Arby’s, it’s in your best interest to keep her. I don’t usually eat at Arby’s. I only walked in because my car was getting tires next door, it was mid-day, and I was a little hungry. SHE made me want to return. I heard her tell the kitchen crinkle-cut, but my bag had curly fries when it arrived. I told her, she smiled took it, and dealt with the kitchen (they had to cook up some crinkle cut), then delivered my correct fries to the dining room. Her eager to please customer service was SO REFRESHING. Like I said, it’s in your best interest to keep her. She’s great. And she should be your standard.

- DSdavid sOct 17, 20253.0Got the gyro wrap meal and it was perfectly good the problem was the drink and the amount of ice. This is ridiculous. I took it home and measured out how much water the Cup held with that much ice in it. I got 10 oz out of a 20 oz cup.
