  Was very excited to try out this new coffee place, but I was just very disappointed. I got a caramel macchiato and just tasted like milk and water had no coffee at all.

  The other morning I was doing errands and saw a few workers standing out front of 7 Brew with FREE DRINK signs. I decided to pull in and try it. After parking and walking to the front, I asked the worker about the free drink sign. She told me, “Sorry but we just stopped doing the free drink.” I said OK but you still have workers out there holding signs promoting it. She asked another worker (assuming a superior) who told me the same thing. I said, “Ok, can I buy a drink then?” She told me I would have to come back at 3 PM and proceeded to call back the workers with the signs off the street. It would have cost pennies to provide me with a black coffee as a free drink that was being promoted. And in actuality, it would have cost nothing since I was willing to pay for it. I will not be going back nor will my family members because of this encounter. Just letting you know that customer service goes a long way.

  Love 7Brew! So happy to have them so close now! The staff are always so kind and willing to help with figuring out what I want to drink! The lines can look long but they go so fast! Can’t beat their pricing either! Welcome to Johns creek 7brew, we’re happy you’re here!

  As I was driving around today, I remembered it was Community Day at 7 Brew, which meant a free drink—so of course I swung by. I decided to try a cold brew because, honestly, with a name like 7 Brew, anything ending in “brew” should be good… right? Wrong. My cold brew with simple syrup tasted like someone mixed in Texas Pete hot sauce—minus the spice and minus the joy. Thankfully, the other drink I ordered, the Blondie, was pretty good, so at least my taste buds weren’t entirely betrayed. The real entertainment, though, was picking up the order. Watching the workers run around was like observing caffeinated chaos in its purest form—everyone darting around like headless chickens trying to match drinks to cars. One person insisted a gray car was blue, another pointed at a completely different car like they were calling bingo numbers. Honestly, the show alone was worth the trip. (Added extra star bc of that!) Though it was hectic, I chalk it up to the place being so new. They definitely need to work out the operational side—but hopefully it gets better!

  Got a simple coffee with caramel and whole milk plus another coffee and they both tasted nutty like almond. I don’t know if they accidentally used almond milk or cross contamination but it could’ve been bad if there was an allergy.
