My order has been made incorrectly on several occasions, or they miss items I paid for. They won't make half-caf lattes despite having decaf and regular, but every other Dunkin I've been to does it. The two stars are because the staff is very friendly. I believe the issues this Dunkin has are a result of poor management and overworked staff.
