  If I can give negative review points , I would . The most terrible chipotle ever . I came inside the store and asked for a rice bowl , the most basic of things of a Friday evening. The white rice was out . They informed me that I could wait for it . Then , upon agreeing to get brown rice , they then proceeded to tell me the fajitas were not ready either , and they had already poured rice and chicken into the bowl . The portion was probably good enough for a 5 year old child for a 11 dollar bowl . When I asked for at least some chicken to fill the bowl , they rudely said I have to pay double for it . When I asked to speak with the manager , she made a weird face and never came to speak with me . Rude , no service , it makes me never want to come to Chipotle ever again .

  They're always out of something. Staff is not friendly and unprofessional.

  How can you be out of rice AND chicken AND corn AND lime sauce. Then on top of that they frequently play loud music in the kitchen overpowering and mixing with the music playing in the dining area. Then on top of that, they frequently have only one person manning the whole line. This has to be one of the most poorly run Chipotles in the country.

  Rarely I walk into a food establishment and feel like the employees are mad at the fact I'm there. The person who made my bowl gave nice portions but they were also... really mad. I smile and such and try to give a good attitude but it was so jarring to get such a angry look from it LOL. I also asked for salsa and before I could say a word, I was given a swift glob of sour cream instead with a passive aggressive "anything else?". I was so flabbergasted that I just took my L and paid for my food. What a strange place.
