  If I could give them a ZERO I would have😡 Just sent my daughter by to pick up my online order. I understand that we are all human and make mistakes BUT!! It blows my mind how an order printed out in front of you step by step and you STILL get it WRONG. My order was $36 and some change and they left a bag of my chips out so I called. The lady proceeds to tell me that the chips were in the bag and that they told my daughter to check it. I asked my daughter and she said that was a lie and that the manager sitting in the booth hollered at the worker and told her to check the bag. THEN she proceeded to say why are you calling back two hours later about some chips😡😡😡😡 Are you FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?? I tell her that we live in Odum and she yells so does she and it takes her 15 minutes to get home. I live FATHER and it takes me 30 minutes to get to town where I LIVE in Odum!! She hung up the phone on my husband who CALMLY took over the conversation because I was HEATED when he told her how much we just spent and politely told her that we just wanted what we paid for. I WILL NEVER EVER PATRONIZE THIS DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT!!

  Usually i like this subway but the girl work this day was not very pleasant to deal with. Very poor customer service
