    Food is all good when they get orders right. Once you get past that, the "Can you please pull foward" smacks ya in the face right after they hand you your change for 2 drinks while you observe the car behind you getting full course meal handed to them. Yup, a little backwards and slow but food is good (obviously) and so is the drinks.

    They take forever in a damn day to take you order and then it’s like another 30 mins to take your card and give you drinks if I could rate Jesup Sonic’s workers it would be a -10/10

    I placed a mobile order because their tap pay is messed up. I placed it THEN I left the house. I got there two minutes after I was supposed to be there I pulled up to the speaker silence.. I said hello silence.. okay so I called the store I placed the order already so they already had my money otherwise I would’ve left. The lady tells me to pull to the window so I do. She tells me her headset isn’t working. Okay I get it things happen. I then sat there at the window for 10 min then she tells me to pull up so I do.. I wait 5 minutes and then I had to leave because I was going to be late for work. This was a 30 minute interaction. Now I’m out of 9$ and I’m hungry.

    Orders a route 44 dirty Dr Pepper, it was clearly not Dr Pepper (there machine must have been running clear) and went back to have it fixed or get a refund, was told that they couldn’t give a refund and could only substitute with a dirty Coke by a young lady with black hair. I should think I should either be able to get a refund or have the money subtracted off of the price of another drink instead of them refusing to give me a refund and having to buy a whole Nother drink.
