- AWAmy WendelAug 17, 20251.0Went in this evening to pick up a couple of subs we had ordered online both subs were wrong they were both suppose to be toasted and neither one was. The meatball sub had absolutely no sauce. We even left specific instructions on how we wanted them made. I just don't understand how you can have a job like that and not know how to read.

The other toasted once it was a meatball marinara with pepperoni there was zero pepperoni on the sub. The staff was rude and didn't act like they wanted to be there. I really hope neither was a manager because they lack customer service skills they also lack the amity to read simple instructions which cost them a $10 tip.

The girl who helped me took no real care in her work and was not very pleasant. I’m going to be moving to the area and to be honest, I’ll go all the way to Hinesville subway before I stop at this one again.
