I know this is untrue, as on one occasion an employee told me this over the intercom, yet I received my food within 3–4 minutes. Another employee even admitted, “He lied—it only takes about two minutes to boot back up.” It is extremely frustrating and unacceptable to repeatedly experience this kind of dishonesty from the night

The only thing I will say - every time I order bagel minis, they’re way too overheated which causes the cream cheese to curdle & the bacon is almost always undercooked. Other than that, my coffee is always great and the customer service never fails.
