The staff that is there are some of the best we’ve encountered there and we’ve been coming for 20+ years. We want to mention one in particular who went above and beyond to make sure we, as well as everyone else, were taken care of- Jami Bailey does an exceptional job.

I ordered my meal to be delivered 2 hours and 15 minutes ago and the restaurant is literally 3 minutes from my hotel. The food has still not arrived. I had to call a toll-free number where I waited on hold for over 5 minutes to be connected to someone in a third world country who spoke broken English in order to cancel my order. Every time I’ve ordered from this location it at least takes 1.5 hours to be delivered but tonight will be the last time I ever patronize Dairy Queen on Jekyll Island. 👎🏻
