  I came in and was greeted by friendly staff. The lady at front took my order and was very positive. The food was nice and hot. Will be coming back.

  me and my brudda placed a mobile order before we came in, by time we got there our food wasn’t ready which is okay. by time we washed our hands it was ready but we received a regular sized fry instead of the large that comes with meal for 2 boneless. I politely asked if it was a large and they said yes but it clearly wasn’t but they ended up giving me a new fry anyways. the main issue here was the 20 piece boneless was soggy and warm not like how the HOSCHTON location always gets us right. we brought it up to who seems like the manager and she argued with us claiming it was fresh when me and my dawg KNOW what fresh wings look and taste like. after light arguing she decided to remake the wings and then aggressively threw the wings away. good new store good looking store, customer service needs work.

  Had came in earlier tonight to pickup some food, specifically ordered boneless wings and got traditional. I called about it and they requested I come in to get it fixed. Overall good atmosphere, great food, but I think the service could have some improvement. It won’t stop me from coming back and recommending it in the future

  I’m so upset with how me and my boyfriend were treated. We came in and order and we waited a hour and when we asked about our order they couldn’t find the receipt and said they were going to started the order but we asked for a refund and then waited 15 more minutes while the worker called the manager bc they didn’t even know how to do a refund. I am super disappointed with how we treated. The worker that took our had a bad attitude towards us . I am very disappointed.
