We weren't greeted or told "give me just a second and I'll be right with you" or anything, and we waited an unnaturally long time to make our order at the counter when there were NO customers inside. Then, when the woman walked over, she just stared at us until we spoke. She genuinely looked pained that she had to take our order, complete with a deep sigh and closing her eyes for a period of time before asking us if that was all. She asked us for a name, which we gave...but then she just sat our food on the counter and didn't call it out that it was ready. When I saw the family behind us get their food first (there were only two of us), I realized that our food was sitting on the counter. All that said, though, the food was awesome. It was fresh, hot, great quality, and the portion size was great. As long as you want some fantastic chicken strips, hot fries, and a crisp Dr. Pepper and you're ok on waiting a while for employees who have the personality of a dead stump and side-eye you from the handwashing sink behind the counter...this is 100% the place to go.
