I order in the store takes forever even tho I’m the only one in there. I order in the drive thru and I still have to wait even go inside to find out why I’ve been waiting 20 minutes. You stand at the counter and it takes 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge you! Don’t even get me started on the fact that EVERY SINGLE TIME I order a Doritos locos taco I don’t get a Doritos taco I get a regular one it’s almost every time I go there there is at LEAST one thing wrong! DO BETTER!

I waited for 30 minutes to have a wrong order and a poor apology from the worker. The last three times I’ve been to this location my order has taken a long time and it’s been wrong. This is crazy.

Everyone looked miserable, like it was the worst day of their lives. I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up. The drive-thru line was backed up, so I went inside to grab my order, only to be told they don’t even start the order until you get here. Then they said because I selected “pick up in line,” I had to go back through the drive-thru anyway. Why even offer mobile ordering if the order isn’t started until you reach the speaker? That makes absolutely no sense and completely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. Poor communication, terrible customer service, and zero effort to help customers. This place is unorganized, poorly managed, and needs serious changes.
