Everyone looked miserable, like it was the worst day of their lives. I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up. The drive-thru line was backed up, so I went inside to grab my order, only to be told they don’t even start the order until you get here. Then they said because I selected “pick up in line,” I had to go back through the drive-thru anyway. Why even offer mobile ordering if the order isn’t started until you reach the speaker? That makes absolutely no sense and completely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. Poor communication, terrible customer service, and zero effort to help customers. This place is unorganized, poorly managed, and needs serious changes.

Get it together, train your employees properly. Always come back due to quality and taste of the food but it takes too long, employees are slow, quantity is small in comparison to other locations and there is always something missing.
