  This McDonald’s is impossible to get through the drive thru in a reasonable time. I’ve been sitting here for probably over 20 minutes now the line just doesn’t move. I was also at the second speaker waiting and they took two other cars orders who came after me at the first speaker.

  This McDonald's location provided a subpar experience. We ordered and paid using the screen near the door but didn't receive a receipt. The staff member instructed us that he would bring our order to the table after we provided our order number. Upon reviewing our credit card statement, we confirmed the payment had been processed. When we inquired about our order, the staff member seemed hesitant to consult his manager. After my husband requested to speak with the manager, the manager appeared and inquired about payment. Despite our assurance that we had paid, the manager's records indicated otherwise, which conflicted with the order number provided. The disorganization at this location was evident, and the unclean bathroom condition further detracted from our experience. Regrettably, this location ranks as the worst McDonald's we've visited.

  This place is too slow to called it fast food . I ordered on mobile and come to pick waiting more then 10m the line not even moving not just 1 but this is like the 3rd time I drove off cuz it take too long and am late for work Never come back here again

  I would give zero stars if that was a option… Why does your website say that this location is 24 hours, but when I pull up at 10:57 pm I’m told that you’re closed. Then when I ask why the website says 24 hours I get told “it’s none of my business”…. I’m a restaurant General manager myself. So I understand the industry. This is poor management. Why is this allowed. If the business is not 24 hours then the website should be updated. Otherwise, someone needs to go check on this business late at night as they are turning away business. And in this economy where people are picky about where they spend their money I don’t see how you can afford to turn away customers. As an owner I’d be very upset to know that I was paying my staff to cost me money. Paying a staff to ruin my business. It’s not their livelihood, it’s yours. They’ll just go get another job but you’re left without a business.. just thought someone should know!

  I went in and spent 36 dollars on everything that my kids (4) wanted. The dude was super nice, I didn’t get his name. But my SIX burgers didn’t have the double patty nor the extra onions on them !! The 30 nuggets I ordered were great but the 3 medium fry and 2 large fry weren’t even done. (The kids said they had a horrible after taste) I went in tonight asking the manager if they were out of onions, he responded with we’re never out of onions. So I said I needed a burger with extra onions. Meanwhile the other order was 3 McDoubles and a mcchicken. Small fry. We got 1 PLAIN burger, and a plain McDouble. Nothing close to 4 sandwiches!! These KIDS don’t give a crap that we’re spending our hard earned money on bullshit they are throwing out the window. Yes we told them and they then gave me a cheeseburger!! Do better aj and Corey. !! McDonald’s in Jefferson needs a wake up call because yall used to be better !!!
