  Absolutely ridiculous. I understand being short-staffed, but asking me to pull up to the curbside parking spot then forgetting to bring me my order for 30 minutes while serving the 10 cars that came after me is unacceptable. And proceeding to bring me the wrong order three times. It’s unfortunate this is the nearest McDonald’s to me.

  Online order... lazy staff wouldn't bring the order out to the mobile order parking... waited 30 minutes before I had to go inside and pickup the order myself... this isn't the first time they've done this. What's the point of having those parking spaces if your lazy employees won't complete the orders properly... 0 stars for customer service...

  Nasty places to eat. Never clean the toilet over flow frequently. Ppl are rude as hell and mean. And the wait times are completely ridiculous. employees do not wash their hands

  The absolute worst McDonald’s in Georgia. No exaggeration. I have been here a handful of times including a couple of times when ordering through DoorDash. The customer service is atrocious at best. The staff is mostly rude, even the managers. They are SLOOOWWW no matter the time of day. Even despite having full staff. The food is more often than not cold. My son doesn’t eat cheese or pickles on his burger. He always wants the $5 meal (which you cannot order there on DoorDash or their app certain times of day) so I always ask for no pickle and no cheese on it. They’ll put the sticker on there for the request and still put the items on there. Often times they are out of things and I’ve even been there a couple times and they were cash only. It’s just always a terrible experience one way or another. I always try to avoid this location when possible.

  Dark curly hair in the fries. Probably from the dude with a dark curly beard and NO BEARD OR HAIR NET AT 11:30PM 11/15..No nuggets that we paid for. Messed up my wife's quarter pounder. We said no condiments, just cheese, bacon and the patty, and they wanted to put a little ketchup smiley face on it. What if she was allergic to tomatoes?! We were there for almost 30 minutes (yes, literally) and had to be home because we have jobs too so we couldn't get the sandwich. There were 2 or 3 other cars that came through the drive thru throughout this half hour and they acted like they were busier than ever...I once worked in fast food for 8 months. We had to close at my old job while we had 5 doordashes on the screen and 2 or 3 drive thru orders at once. We didn't complain. This is just pitiful.
