I will not come back if this continues. Either their coffee machine is not working properly, or they are putting in half the amount of coffee grounds. I feel completely scammed paying full price for what is essentially “coffee flavored” water.

- RMRiley McClureJan 24, 20261.0I have been to this location multiple times since I have moved to Jefferson about a year ago. Every time I have stopped here my coffee is always messed up. I get a vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar. EVERY time the sugar is all on the bottom of my drink and not dissolved so then I end up chewing sugar. This is not an issue at any other Dunkin I stop at. It's very disappointing that I can't even get a decent coffee at this Dunkin since I live close by. I guess I'll be looking for a new coffee shop in Jefferson to visit.
