Oh my God this place sucks! If I go here 10 times, they get my order right 2 times. You got an 80% chance of the order being wrong. On today’s visit, they were out of Pepsi(they are always out of something essential). So, I get to the window and since they didn’t have Pepsi, I asked them to remove that from my order. They did and in doing so they increased the price I was paying. The price literally increased by getting less stuff. They refused to do anything about it. The person working the window was hard to understand as English was not their primary language. I tried calling the 888 number that was listed on the receipt only to find out they don’t use that number anymore and you have to go online to file a complaint. So, I figured I’d start off with Google and go down the list. This location literally just stole from me.

Anytime I visit home I have to stop by a Bojangles. I'm so glad I made it before closing. The automated lady on the drive thru machine was a little impatient but the cashier's and cooks on the night shift were very polite and nice. My go-to choices will always include dirty rice and boberry biscuits, no matter what meat is chose. All I needed was a little more icing on the boberry biscuits. But everything else was perfect!

This location has gone downhill, and I won’t be returning. On multiple visits, I’ve witnessed the general manager yelling at employees in front of customers, which is uncomfortable to watch and completely unprofessional. They are constantly out of basic items. On different occasions, they’ve been out of southern chicken, jam, honey, and orange juice. One time, they didn’t even have lids for the cups, and another visit they were somehow out of toilet paper. That’s unacceptable for any restaurant. I’ve also overheard employees talking about how the general manager frequently changes schedules without notifying them, which explains the low morale and chaos behind the counter. Cleanliness is also another major issue. In the afternoons especially, the restaurant looks dirty. I’ve also been given visibly dirty trays, which is concerning and feels like a health code violation. To top it off, I’ve overheard what sounded like managers openly talking about illegal drugs, specifically meth. Whether joking or not, that is wildly inappropriate for a workplace and should never be discussed around staff nor customers. Overall, this location feels poorly managed, unclean, and unprofessional.

I frequently stop at this location due to it being otw to work. I have had several orders recently that were missing items or had the wrong items all together. I go through the drive thru always and shouldn't need to worry everytime if my order is correct or not. I don't have time to make sure you are doing your job correctly and will no longer stop at this location.
