- NSNick SheppardApr 19, 20265.0I’m very impressed by management for actually hiring a great team of employees. You all are exceptional compared to so many other fast food locations. You are proof that with proper management a fast food location can still run quickly and sufficiently. Other places like Burger King, McDonald’s, and Taco Bell should take a note. This is 100% possible if you have proper management. Some of these other places need to fire their managers, cause they clearly are not good at their jobs. This location stands out amongst so many other fast food locations. Bravo and great work to a great team.
- GTgracee thomasMar 22, 20261.0Put all my sandwiches upside down in the bag so when u grab them everything on the sandwiches fell off and then gave me a large coffee when i ordered a medium but gave me the same pumps of everything I ordered in a medium so my coffee did not taste right nor good.
- AWAlise WynnMar 18, 20261.0Staff carries nothing but attitudes. Asked for a drink with light ice & cold foam: initially sent it out with a BUNCH of ice. Asked for them to remake it and all they did was pour out majority of the drink replaced half the cup with MORE foam. Mind you this is a LARGE drink. I walk inside and asked them to remake the drink a SECOND TIME and two of the workers rolls their eyes and walked away. Lily stepped up, asked what the problem was, apologized and happily fixed the drink. Thank you so much Lily !! The other two you were working with that day (03/18/2026 @6:50pm) they need to be talked to/fired.

- SKS KFeb 16, 20262.0This place used to be good, but in the recent 2-3 weeks, the black coffee has tasted like water and is not even close to what it was before. I will not come back if this continues. Either their coffee machine is not working properly, or they are putting in half the amount of coffee grounds. I feel completely scammed paying full price for what is essentially “coffee flavored” water.
